Pharmaceutical Review (Asif Farooq Awan – Staff Reporter). A press conference has been called by Prof. Dr. Syed Atif Raza – President PPA (Pb.),  Zafar Gondal – Vice President PPA (Pb) on August 19, 2019 in the Lahore Press club. Prof. Dr. Atif Raza thanked the pharmacist community for trusting, electing and awarding the mandate to represent the community for Punjab province of Pakistan. He also acknowledged the role of seniors and juniors for playing their pivotal role to uplift the profession.

Additionally, he has explicitly rejected the illegal conference being called by some non-elected people. They are misleading, misusing and misrepresenting the PPA. He also has emphasized the pharmacist community to spread out loudly his message and refrain themselves from such illegitimate and bogus activities. These people are grabbing money by misusing the name of PPA from innocent students, researcher, professor and pharmaceutical industries.

Lastly the president PPA stated that the tenure of PPA Punjab is about to expire. So the cabinet has unanimously appointed Mr.Zia Khan kakar as Chief Election Commisioner (CEC). to assure the successful execution of upcoming election of PPA Punjab Branch in October, 2019. Mr. Saif Ullah Khan Niazi stated that pharmacists are grateful of current headship of PPA for successful completion of their electoral tenure. He told that his group is committed to establish the democratic system and ethical values and excellent professional norms for next generation. Finally, Mr. Zia Khan Kakar (CED) has announced the date of election.

ٹیکنیکل یونیورسٹی آف ڈنمارک (ڈی ٹی یو) سے وابستہ، ڈاکٹر فاطمہ زہرا الاتراکشی کا تیارکردہ یہ نظام صرف 30 سیکنڈ میں کسی بھی انفیکشن کا پتا لگاسکتا ہے۔ اس سے سسٹک فائبروسِس کے مریضوں میں پھیپھڑوں کے انفیکشن کا پتا بھی لگایا جاسکتا ہے۔ اس طرح ماہرین بیکٹیریا کے روابط کو سن کر یہ معلوم کرسکتے ہیں کہ بیکٹیریا اپنی تعداد بڑھا رہے ہیں اور کب وہ حملہ آور ہوں گے۔ اس طرح انفیکشن کو جان لیوا بننے سے پہلے ہی روکا جاسکے گا۔

واضح رہے کہ اس ٹیکنالوجی پر مبنی ٹیسٹ ابھی زیرِ تکمیل ہے۔ لیکن امید ہے کہ صرف ایک معمولی نمونے سے ماہرین انفیکشن کی نوعیت اور بیکٹیریا کا برتاؤ معلوم کرتے ہوئے اندازہ لگالیں گے کہ یہ کن دواؤں سے ٹھیک ہوگا اور کونسی اینٹی بایوٹکس اس پر ناکارہ ثابت ہوں گی۔ لیکن یہ سارا کام صرف ایک منٹ سے بھی کم وقت میں ہوجائے گا۔

یہ نظام پیشاب کی نالی کے انفیکشن سے لے کر جان لیوا پھیپھڑوں کے مرض تک کے لیے مؤثر ہے۔ اس سے قبل بیکٹیریا کی تھوڑی تعداد پوری کالونی بناکر مرض کی وجہ بن جائے یہ بیکٹیریا کی باتیں سنتے ہوئے علاج کی راہ ہموار کرتا ہے۔

فاطمہ زہرا نے پری ڈائیگنوس نامی ایک کمپنی بنائی ہے جو بیکٹیریا کی شناخت کو نئے انقلاب سے دوچار کرے گی۔ ڈاکٹر فاطمہ زہرا کے مطابق اگر خاص بیکٹیریا کی سرگرمی معلوم ہوجائے تو ڈاکٹر درست ترین علاج کرسکتے ہیں جس سے وقت اور وسائل کی بچت ہوتی ہے۔

بیکٹیریا خاص قسم کے سالمات خارج کرکے ایک دوسرے سے باتیں کرتے ہیں اور اگر زیادہ سالمات خارج ہورہے ہیں تو وہ ظاہر کرتے ہیں کہ ان کی تعداد بہت زیادہ ہے۔
