These amendments are biased and unrealistic. The Government of the Punjab has secured the non-professional people to sell the life saving drugs. While; the dispensing of drugs is totally different than selling the vegetable, grocery and garments. Thus; this amendments/ notification should be withdrawn immediately. The non-skilled people should never be allowed to get involve in health care profession.
