National Assembly as passed and provide Bill for the establishment of Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. It is expedient to establish a Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan to provide for effective coordination and enforcement of The Drugs Act 1976 (XXXI of 1976) and to bring harmony in inter-provincial trade and commerce of therapeutic goods; And Whereas it is expedient to regulate, manufacture, import, export, storage, distribution and sale of therapeutic goods; and whereas the Provincial Assemblies of Khyber Paktunkhwa, Punjab and Sindh  have passed resolution under Article 144 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the effect that Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) may by law regulate the issue;

It is hereby enacted as follows following detailed Bill:
