A scare. A fright. A shock.

During Halloween these are all in the name of fun.

But while ghouls and goblins are lurking in your neighbourhood, you may find yourself having a real scare this October 31.

It is a crisis: the fire that leaves you homeless, the building collapse that ends with a trip to the hospital, the accident that leaves you traumatized.
