Solutions” at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Islamabad. We provide training and consultation in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) experiment design and analysis of NGS data. Our profit is dedicated to social welfare and community service projects.
We are organizing a 3-day hands-on workshop on NGS Data Analysis here at CIIT Islamabad on February 1st through 3rd 2017. The objective of this workshop is to expose the fellows to this novel, challenging but very important
area of modern day research. Workshop will be conducted in Linux and Windows machines in our labs using online suites, Linux based programs and statistical programming language R.
