New generic drug initiative to save taxpayers millions in Saskatchewan Province of Canada

 

 

 

Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall along with PEI Premier Robert Ghiz announced that provinces are moving forward on achieving better value for generic drugs.

 

In partnership with other Canadian premiers, price setting will be used for six widely-used generic drugs saving Saskatchewan taxpayers $10 million annually and $100 million annually across Canada.
