Pharmacist Strive KPK has declared their Manifesto for PPA Elections, 2015 as under;

1. Working for creating friendly and cooperative environment among pharmacists and between pharmacists/physicians & other health care professionals.
2. Making students as an active participants/members of PPA by forming student wings in each university of province.
   To maintain honor & dignity of pharmacy profession and to protect the interests, rights and privileges of the members of the association and to develop spirit amongst members for doing their duty in all aspects of the national and individual level.
3. To associate cooperate or affiliate with National or International organizations holding similar aims and objectives.
   Arranging regular meetings of cabinet for better/strong/efficient association.
   Arranging regular professional and scientific seminars/workshops/training programs/news letters.
   In case of Emergency/tragic/sudden death of a pharmacist, PPA will try to support the educational expenses of their children.
4. A website of council will be launched with a directory of registered pharmacists that all the professionals should seem to be united.
   Proper restructuring of pharmacy council will be done especially in issuing of category A registrations to graduates & issuing of registration card like PMDC or PEC.
5. Drug Testing laboratories on Divisional level.
6. Establishment of separte pharmacy directorate.
7. Continuous education system in collboration with pharmacy council.
8. To work for obtaining all the aims and objectives of Pakistan Pharmacist Association.
9. Community Pharmacy:
10. Amendment in pharmacy act to establish retail pharmacy according to international standards and to combat illegal practice of Pharmacy in the Province.
11. Community pharmacies must have pharmacists in pharmacies thus creating hundreds of Jobs opportunities.
12. To conduct community pharmacy training and awareness workshops for pharmacist community under supervision and guidance of renowned internationally registered pakistani community pharmacists practicing abroad in technologically advanced countries.
13. To conduct general public and other health professionals awareness programs regarding the importance of community pharmacy in the health-care system.
14. To establish model community pharmacies for proper practical training of young pharmacists at district level at least.
15. To invite donors and investors/Government Loans to help in establishing community pharmacy setups for those pharmacists who are interested in their pharmacy business

Drug inspectors: The number of provincial drug inspectors should be increased so that there is one drug inspector for each Tehsil/ should be increased in terms of medical stores in city/district/tehsil and accordingly supporting staff will be appointed with each drug inspector.One district drug inspector shall be appointed to supervise and monitor the performance of tehsil drug inspectors.
17. One regional drug inspector shall be appointed to supervise and monitor the performance of 4 or 5 district drug inspectors.
18. The drug inspectors are not equipped with office accommodation & vehicles. The federal gov & provincial gov shall procure vehicles for drug inspectors on whole time basis.
19. Each drug inspector should be given a telephone and fax facility with at least 10000/ limit per month.
20. An incentive policy may be incorporated for officers who detect serious cases of spurious/expired/grossly substandard drugs thereby save many lives.
21. Every year, federal and provincial governments should recommend at least two officers for awards who worked beyond the call of their duty/performed extraordinary to ensure the availability of quality, safe and effective drugs to public.
22. Those officers who detect cases that involve saving of human life/alleviating their miseries, be given cash prizes/civil/gallantry awards on the analogy of anti Narcotic Force/Police/FIA/Custom as their lives, families and careers are at great risk once they take effective action against culprits who are quite resourceful and have very long tentacles.
23. Hospital Sector: Hospital pharmacy be organized on scientific lines to harness the potentials and capabilities of pharmacists in accordance with the role defined by WHO to ensure availability of safe and quality drugs in hospitals.
24. After the creation of 119 posts which will be advertised soon so to take it to final level, after teaching hospitals to district hospitals on same formula of pharmacist on each 50 beds will be implemented
25. Arranging 3 months training orientation for the fresh 119 pharmacists to be appointed a step towards clinical pharmacy setup.
26. Professional allownce for pharmacist. One model pharmacy on the pattern of Agha Khan University hospital/Liaqat National Hospital Karachi be established in government hospitals with 500 beds.
    5.One Principal pharmacist (20), one chief Pharmacist (19), one senior pharmacist (18), and Pharmacists (17) in each hospital.
27. Industrial Sector: Salary of fresh pharmacist: Starting salary of fresh pharmacists must be equal to grade 17
28. Pension/gratuities, provident funds for pharmacists working in industries & private organizations i.e private sectors universities.
29. Appointment letter mentioning terms and conditions i.e salary, leaves, termination etc.
30. Registration with EOBI & ESSI.

دنیا کے 3 بڑے شہروں کی خصوصی تقریبات میں جاری کی گئی راک فیلر فاؤنڈیشن اورلینسٹ کی رپورٹ میں دکھایا گیا ہے کہ زمین کا قدرتی نظام انسان کی زمین دشمن سرگرمیوں کی وجہ سے تبدیل ہورہا ہے اور انسانی صحت کا مستقبل داؤ پرلگ گیا ہے۔

رپورٹ میں دنیا کے 8 ممالک کے 15 ممتاز اداروں اور یونیورسٹیوں نے اپنی تحقیقات شامل کی ہیں جن پر مشتمل ایک کمیشن بنایا گیا تھا جس کا عنوان “عہدِانسانی میں انسانی صحت کی حفاظت” تھا۔ کمیشن کے مطابق کرہ ارض کے انسان اس وقت جو معاشی اورترقیاتی اہداف حاصل کررہے ہیں ان سے آنے والی نسلوں کا مستقبل رہن میں رکھا جارہا ہے۔ پائیداراورماحول دوست ترقی کا تصوردم توڑرہا ہے اوراس سے زمین کے قدرتی وسائل بری طرح متاثرہورہے ہیں جس سے آنے والے وقتوں میں انسانی صحت کو برقرار رکھنا مشکل ہوجائے گا۔ موسمیاتی تبدیلیوں، زمین کی زرخیزی میں کمی، پانی کے بحران، بحری تیزابیت اورسمندری خوراک کی بے دریغ استعمال سے قدرتی نظام شدید متاثرہورہا ہے اوراگریہ نظام اسی طرح چلتا رہا تو زمین پر انسانی صحت کی بقا اورسالمیت کو شدید خطرات لاحق ہوسکتے ہیں۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق اس وقت انسانی آبادی 7 ارب بیس کروڑ افراد کے قریب ہے  جبکہ 2100 تک یہ آبادی تیرہ ارب سے زائد ہوجائے گی جس سے صحت اور ماحول کو کئی خطرات لاحق ہوں گے۔ کمیٹی نے تین شعبے ظاہر کئے ہیں جن پر فوری توجہ کی ضرورت ہے ان مجموعی قومی پیداوار پر غیرمعمولی انحصار،عوام الناس کی صحت متاثر کرنے والے معاشرتی اور ماحولیاتی عوامل کے ادراک میں ناکامی اور خطرات کو دور کرنے کے لیے عملدرآمد میں کوتاہی جیسے عناصر شامل ہیں۔

رپورٹ میں یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ دنیا کے تمام لوگوں کو انفرادی سطح پر ماحول کے سدھار کے لیے کوشش کرنی چاہییں اور اس سے ہی کچھ بہتری پیدا ہوسکتی ہے کیونکہ 2030 سے 2050 آب و ہوا میں تبدیلیوں سے سالانہ ڈھائی لاکھ افراد لقمہ اجل بن سکتے ہیں۔

دی کلاک: شیو کرنے میں جلد بازی میں نہ کریں اور شیو کرنے سے قبل اپنے چہرے کو اچھی طرح دھو لیں اس کے بعد چہرے پر فیشل کلیزنر لگا کر ایک منٹ کے لیے چھوڑ دیں اس کے بعد اب شیونگ کریم یا جیل لگائیں اور اچھی طرح لگا کر 2 سے 3 منٹ کے لیے چھوڑ دیں اور اگر انتظار نہ ہو رہا ہو تو اس دوران دانتوں کو برش کر لیں۔

شیونگ سے پہلے جیل کا استعمال: کچھ شیونگ کریم یا جیل لیکر داڑھی پر اچھی طرح مساج کریں تاکہ بال اوپرکی طرف آجائیں جس سے شیونگ کا عمل آسان ہوجائے گا۔ جیل عمومآ زیادہ لبریکیشن اور ٹراسنپیرنٹ لک دیتی ہے جس سے شیونگ کے دوران ریزر کو پھیرنے کی سہولت میسر آتی ہے تاہم اس کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ اچھی کوالٹی کا ریزر بلیڈ استعمال کیا جائے۔

درجہ حرارت کا خیال رکھیں: آرام دہ شیو کے لیے جلد کو گرم اور نم رکھنا ضروری ہے جس کے لیے آپ گرم موئسچرائزر تولیہ کا استمعال کریں تاکہ جلد کو شیو کے لیے تیار کیا جاسکے۔ اسی طرح اپنے ریزر کو گرم پانی کے باول میں رکھیں تاکہ ریزر تازہ اور جراثیم سے پاک رہے۔ شیو کرنے کے بعد اپنی جلد کو ٹھنڈے پانی سے دھویں جو جلن کے اثرات کو کم کردیتا ہے۔

دی کمانڈ: اگر آپ بہت رگڑ رگڑ کر شیونگ کرتے ہیں تاکہ جلد زیادہ صاف نظر آئے تو آپ بالوں کے رخ کی مخالف سمت ریزر گھماتے ہیں جس سے جلد جلنے لگتی ہے اور بال اندر کی طرف اگتے ہیں۔ اگر بال زیادہ گھنے ہیں تو پھر بالوں کے رخ کے مخالف سمت سے ریزر نہ گھومائیں۔

ان نسخوں کے استعمال سے آپ بہتر شیوکر پائیں گے اور چہرہ زیادہ فریش اور اسمارٹ نظر آئے گا۔

موتیے کا علاج صرف آپریشن کے ذریعے ہے جس میں نشتر کے ذریعے آنکھوں کا موتیا نکالا جاتا ہے اور ہر سال لاکھوں افراد اس علاج سے گزرتے ہیں لیکن اب ایک سائنسی جریدے کے مطابق سائنسدانوں نے لینوسٹیرول نامی ایک ایسے قدرتی مالیکیول کا آئی ڈراپر تیار کیا ہے جسے آنکھ میں ڈالا جائے تو موتیا سکڑتا چلا جاتا ہے۔

اس لینوسٹیرول دوا کو 2 ایسے کتوں پرآزمایا گیا جن میں قدرتی طور پر موتیا کا مرض موجود تھا اور 6 ہفتوں تک استعمال کے بعد ان میں موتیا کم ہوا اور دھندلاہٹ بھی کم ہوتی گئی جس کے بعد ماہرین اس پر مزید تحقیق کے لیے پر امید ہیں،بعض ماہرین کا خیال ہے کہ انسانوں پر لینوسٹیرول کے علاوہ دیگر مالیکیولزبھی آزمانے چاہئیں تاکہ بغیر جراحی موتیا جیسے اہم مرض کا خاتمہ کیا جاسکے۔

واضح رہے کہ موتیا کا مرض پسماندہ ممالک میں عام طور پر پایا جاتا ہے جس کے باعث ان ممالک میں بیشتر افراد نابینا ہوجاتے ہیں۔
