Eid Message of president Pakistan Pharmacist Federation

eid-ul-fitr-mubarak5

Dear Pharmacist Brothers and Sisters in Islam,

“Eid Mubarak to you and your family”.

May Alalh SWT accept our Swiyam, Qiyam, Ruku, Sujud and all good deeds we were able to do by the mercy of Allah SWT in the month of Ramadan.

The noble month was for transforming our actions, habits and manners that are in variance with the Law of Allah SWT.

“Verily, Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.” (13:11)

As we are leaving the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of Quran, month of attaining Taqwa, month of Mercy, Forgiveness and Freedom from hellfire, we should assess ourselves: Have we fulfilled the requirements of Taqwa? Have we fought our Nafs and desires and defeated them?

We should commit ourselves to be more punctual for five times prayers in congregation in Masjid, otherwise we will be like those who hardly come to masajid for obligatory prayers but in Ramadan they filled masajid for recommended (Taraweeh) prayers.

The slave of Allah SWT knows that the Lord of Ramadan is also the Lord of other months, and that He is the Lord of all times and places, so Allah’s slave is steadfast upon the Deen of Allah until he meets Him while He is pleased with him.

Although Ramadan has ended but Allah SWT blessed us with voluntary fasting such as fasting six days in Shawwal, on Mondays and Thursdays, three days in the middle of the month, the days of “Aashoora” and “Arafat”. Qiyamulail during Ramadan has ended but there remains Tahajjud prayer throughout the year. Reciting Qur’an and contemplating it is not only in Ramadan, rather it is for all times. Righteous deeds are for all times and all places, so let’s strive for it. “May Allah SWT make us steadfast and upright upon His Deen at all times, Ameen.” May Allah bless us the copabibity and competency to serve the sick people, help the poor patients and delivery quality clinical, pharmaceutical services in any kind of health institution.

Wassalamu Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
