The petitioner therefore, contended that presence of presence of Dr. Zahoor ul Hassan in the meeting of the selection Board dated 20th March 2012 can not considered as that of legitimate member of that selection board. He further submitted that he had been approaching the university authorities since 2012 concerning illegal appointment of Dr. Sajjid Bashir as professor of Pharmacy; however, he did not receive any response from university. Unluckily the Human Resource Department of Lord College of Pharmacy Lahore has re-appointed this fraudulent culprit as head of institution to spoil the local pharmaceutical academia in Pakistan. The pharmacy regulating authorities should undertake this case to assure the health standardbreds and quality education in Pakistan.
